What we collect

When you place an order we collect the things we need to actually get a poster to your door: your name, shipping address, email, and payment confirmation from our checkout provider. We never see or store your full card details — those are handled by Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout.

When you browse the site we collect basic analytics — pages visited, device type, rough region — so we can see what's working and what isn't. No tracking pixels following you around the internet.

Why we collect it

• To process and ship your order.
• To send order updates and respond to support emails.
• To improve the site and the catalogue based on aggregate behaviour.
• To comply with tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the shop: Shopify (storefront and payments), our print and shipping partners, and our email provider. We don't sell your data. We don't rent it. We don't trade it for marketing credit.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires (typically 7 years). Marketing emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold on you, correct it, or delete it (subject to legal retention requirements). Email info@apollosports.live and we'll handle it within 30 days.
