Refund Policy

If it arrives damaged

Send a photo of the print and the packaging to info@apollosports.live within 14 days of delivery. We'll replace it free of charge — no need to ship the damaged one back.

If you've changed your mind

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unopened, unframed poster for a full refund of the item price. Return shipping is on you unless the item was misdescribed. Once the poster lands back with us in resalable condition, we'll process the refund within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Custom or personalised prints aren't returnable for change-of-mind reasons — but if there's a defect, same rule as above: we'll make it right.

If your order never arrived

If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days after dispatch, write to us. We'll open a claim with the carrier and either resend the order or refund you in full once the package is confirmed lost.

How to start a return

1. Email info@apollosports.live with your order number and what's wrong.
2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps and, if needed, a return address.
3. Pack the poster back in its tube so it travels safely.
4. Once we receive it (or the damage photo, for replacements), the refund or replacement goes out.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the money usually shows up within 5–10 business days after we process it.
