1. The short version
Apollo Sports ("we", "us") sells printed posters of sports moments through this website. By placing an order or using the site you agree to the terms below. If something here doesn't sit right with you, write to us before you check out — we'd rather hear from you than have a misunderstanding land in your mailbox.
2. Ordering and pricing
Prices are shown in the currency listed at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. We do our best to keep stock and pricing accurate, but on the rare occasion something is wrong, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full before it ships.
3. Shipping
Posters ship rolled in a rigid tube within roughly 3–7 business days of the order being placed. Transit times depend on your country and the carrier. Once a package leaves our hands the carrier owns the timeline, but if something is clearly lost in transit we'll work with you to make it right.
4. Intellectual property
The artwork, photography, copy, and brand marks on this site are the property of Apollo Sports or its licensors. Buying a print buys you the print — not the right to reproduce, resell, or redistribute the image in any commercial form.
5. Acceptable use
Don't try to break the site, scrape it at scale, or use it to do anything illegal. If you do, we may suspend your access without notice.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We don't accept liability for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
